This is sounding like an excellent title, made by Kuju Works who have worked on Gamecube games.

The developer hasnt given much away but there is a show in Tokyo this week where they will show a video, looks interesting.

All the developer has said is:
"The theme of the game, he revealed, is not "destruction," but "regeneration." He finished off with a particularly confusing comment: "in this game, the cells of your enemies have individual AI."
