I thought this video is pretty cool...thinking about making something like that...what program do you need to use because in windows movie maker the picture timeing is to slow?

If you're serious then you need to invest in a decent PC and decent video editing software. Windows Movie Maker will be quicker on a PC with lots of RAM (2GB+). Best software is Avid (Windows), or Final Cut Pro (mac osx).
