After the Costco.com shopping cart crashed, I signed up for a great site called snagthat.com. The site notifies you when the PS3 becomes available and directs you to the site before anyone else knows it is on sale. It worked for me, and I really suggest that you use the site.

So does snagthat.com find the best prices or just availability? As of right now though, the PS3 is apparently not available.
