I keep getting a message that pops up on the screen saying I have lost connection to the router. When I go to my computer the internet connection is down and I have to reboot my router and modem.

I have bascially no security on the router.

Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening. The message pops up randomly and I cannot keep a connection to the net.
