I think it's just more fun for people to argue about which console is better instead of just all getting along. Who doesn't enjoy a PS3 v. 360 v. Wii tournament every now and then? Besides me of course.

A few weeks ago, I was wondering which console I should buy. Should I save up for a 360 at £279.99? Or, buy a PS3 at £425 (supposedly). I thought to myself, "which console is best in the long run?" I then scanned the internet for specs of both console and most agreed that the 360 will fall inferior to the PS3.

The PS3 will win the next generation gaming war...So, I will enjoy my PS3 when released here in the UK, leave the inferior microsoft 360 to rest in peace with the Yanks and chuck your 360 in the bin; I think that as soon as people realise that the 360 is inferior and obselite, the 360 will come crashing down like the Dreamcast!!!

I also believe that all Wii should be flushed down the toilet.

Well, there have been just as many 360s sold now as the Dreamcast did in its entire run.

The Sixaxis did win an Emmy which is very cool.
But when Jack Tretton says: "The critical acclaim for PS3 is a testament of the platform's strength and the industry's desire for a true next-generation entertainment system," it just shows arrogance.

Critical acclaim? It's even been called a 'bust' by time magazine. (Though keep in mind that is the same magazine that made this year's person of the year "You". What a stupid idea, a mirror on your magazine.)

Oooh, not really. Sony jumped the gun on that one. The Emmy was awarded to the Dual Shock controller, not the SIXAXIS. Cubetoons says it better than I can. And at the same time Nintendo also won an Emmy for the D-Pad.

Well, at the time of writing I couldn't think of any. Obviously Gears, Lost Planet, Rainbow Six Vegas, Viva Pinata (brilliant game BTW) were released after that, so yeah, I take it back now 'cause there have been a few more excellent games released.

Didn't really take in account that at the time you posted, it had maybe 2 good games.... so you were in the right there.
